Returns and Refunds

From the date of receipt of the package you have 14 days to return your products.

A necessary condition for the exercise of this right is the substantial integrity of the product and packaging.

Personalized items are not subject to the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code.

To obtain a refund of the amount, the purchased products must be returned at your own expense. The return will be under the responsibility of the end customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

• It is possible to send an explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw the product to the e-mail address valentinacapuleti@gmail.com.
• Prepare adequate packaging by writing on the outside the destination address that will be provided on the occasion of the first contact.
  Items must be returned within 14 days from the day the request was made of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods have been shipped before the 14 day period has expired.
• Once the package has arrived, we will check the integrity of the returned order, after which we will issue a refund equal to the original amount of the order, net of shipping costs.
